We start from a bar-centric perspective, leaning on the collective knowledge of our small army of New Orleans bartenders to help walk you through all the facets of your event to ensure that your celebration is planned and executed flawlessly. We care about the whole event being a success, not just our small part.

Curated Experiences: Our team will work directly with you to understand not just your bar service, but also how that service will cohere with the rest of what you have planned. We see everything as a collaboration.

Customizable Menus: We do not have a set cocktail list that you choose from. That’s too limiting. We customize everything so you are getting something truly personalized to your taste. Don’t be afraid to dream big, we can probably make it happen.

Exactly As You Want It: There are no silly fees for changing out one spirit or wine for another. We want you to drink exactly the brands you like. If your favorite whiskey is available in Louisiana, let’s put that on the menu. If not, bootleg it down here and we will also put it on the menu. We’re here to make your vision become real.

Unlike much of the rest of our industry, we don’t do price-per-person packages. We find them limiting and over priced. We want you to get everything you want without paying for a bunch of stuff you don’t. We do everything from a simple standard full bar, to a curated local beer selection for your second line parade, to a full classic craft cocktail bar, we can make anything you dream up happen.

We are not there to just make drinks – though we make some damn fine ones. We are there to create experiences that your guests will remember for years to come. Creating their own custom Sazerac to order from a variety of bitters, whiskeys, and absinthes. Being wowed as the applewood smoke drifts off your perfectly balanced Negroni. The sharp colors of locally grown edible flowers gracing the rim of your Pimm’s Cup. The slow drip of the cold water over the lace filaments of an absinthe spoon. These are the moments that stay with you.
