It’s ok if you don’t know what those words mean, all you need to know is that it’s delicious and that we can make any kind of custom syrup you can dream up. At the Pitot House, we created a homemade tonic syrup based on the bride’s specific palate. A blueberry and mint syrup for perfect poolside mojitos, check. The only limit is your imagination.

Any proper New Orleans bartender keeps a spritzer of absinthe on them at all times, just in case an emergency Sazerac needs to be made. We created a fully customizable Sazerac bar for a 50th Birthday party with an untold amount of variations from the different whiskeys, absinthes, and bitters available.

An India-inspired five spice blend and fresh ginger simple syrup for a Bollywood themed private home party complete with all the requisite dancing. Shake with Scotch whiskey, citrus and egg whites for a frothy and absolutely delicious libation that fits the occasion.

There is no better spot to be than a Royal Street balcony serving Mimosas and Bloody Marys in the French Quarter on Mardi Gras morning. At once completely immersed and removed from the chaos, it was the best view of St Ann’s Parade we’ve ever had.
